ClearIQ strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. WhatsApp messaging availability depends on Meta's infrastructure.
You may cancel your account at any time through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate service for:
ClearIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
